Organizational Background
The Risk Management Corporation (RMC) was formed for the purpose of strengthening organizational risk positions of government and business organizations involved in highly technical programs. RMC provides project and risk management training, and implementation ranging from general awareness seminars intended for every level of functional personnel within an organization, through specific one-on-one mentoring, to very advanced project and risk management training tailored for individual projects. RMC also has the capability to conduct risk evaluations and assessments of organizations, suppliers, and/or contractors.
Who We Are
The principals in RMC are individuals with long term involvement in NASA program and project management, systems management and engineering, and safety and mission assurance. They where the principal developers and instructors of the current life cycle based Foundations of Project Management and the Advanced Risk Management training for NASA. The principals are involved in all aspects of customer project activity including developing material, delivering training, mentoring, and conducting evaluations and assessments.
